Orders
Orders will be processed and shipped the same day or next business day. Most orders will be delivered via UPS ground unless indicated otherwise. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery in the tri-state area. All tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout. Although we request information from you on our order form, none of the information you provide is shared, or sold to anyone. To purchase wine, you must provide contact information and financial information however, this information is only used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll contact you with the email address you provided.
Signatures
Wine is delivered via UPS or FEDEX and requires an adult (21+) signature. If you are not home to receive the shipments, please provide an alternative address. After 3 attempts the carrier may return the package for non-delivery. Additional charges may apply for orders that have to be reshipped. Shipping rates are based on weight and destination and will appear in your shopping cart upon checkout. All tasting flights will ship at a flat rate of $20 per flight.
Shipping
It is under the discretion of WGB to substitute wines based on availability. We will always do our best to get you a similar varietal, quality and value.
Updates/Changes to Wines
If your wine is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of shipping. If you see any sediment or crystals in the wine please note, this may not be an indication of damaged or spoiled wine. If you have any questions please email us at winesgrapesandbubbles@gmail.com
